Building self-trust and sustainable success for those with ADHD symptoms

Sailboat On Calm Lake

Do you have ADHD or suspect you might?

Have you tried your best to 'do it all'?

Perform well at work, look after loved ones and keep on top of life but things don't go as planned?

Does it feel as though your brain immediately reacts to life’s challenges, leaving little room for choice?

Perhaps your first reaction is to criticise yourself, hoping that tomorrow will be a better day and your will-power should feel stronger, better, more effective?

Being diagnosed might have felt like the cure, yet despite the assessment and medication, little has changed.

The coping strategies may feel destructive - addiction, disordered eating, hoarding - to name a few, and working hard to just stay where you are.

It can feel as though you’re unable to respond differently.

I can help...

Understanding your ADHD, your brain and how you respond best can make a real difference.

You can gain clarity, confidence and faith that the working patterns can be used again and again.

Have greater self-awareness to create lasting change

YOUR ADHD COACH

I'm Chantal and I'm really glad you are here.

Throughout my journey, I have experienced pressure for perfectionism, intense self-criticism, and frequent overwhelm. My lived experience has led me to explore how the mind works and discover practical ways not only to cope, but to thrive and achieve personal success.

My diverse career has included competing at the highest level for Great Britain as an elite athlete, working in demanding fast-paced corporate environments and amongst it all, training as a professional chef and starting my own business.

Despite being 'successful', many people with ADHD experience challenges with their everyday life without recognising how ADHD shapes their thinking, attention and behaviour.

Who I work with

I work with individuals who are waiting assessment, post diagnosis and those who self-identify as ADHD.

My clients are also students at Sixth Form and at University.

Did you know...

The NHS is currently seeing a historic rise in adult women being diagnosed with ADHD after years of their symptoms being overlooked or misdiagnosed.

I support women through this journey by:

  • Processings the emotional impact of late-stage awareness.

  • Navigating overwhelming NHS waiting lists.

  • Unlocking faster, NHS-funded assessments via the Right to Choose pathway.

By understanding how the ADHD brain responds and identifying which changes are truly effective, our sessions provide the awareness and emotional support you need at this crucial stage of your journey.

My Approach

Coaching

Coaching is delivered online via Zoom from my office in Kent, England. We meet for 45-minute sessions over a minimum of 6 sessions, allowing us to explore your unique path at a sustainable pace.

I work with your brain, not against it. My ADHD-affirming approach focuses on building self-trust and sustainable success, helping you move from questioning yourself to trusting your own strengths.

As your coach, I'm dedicated to guiding you through personal and professional challenges, supporting  you to exceed your limits and helping you discover new paths.
